First attempt at a sweet galette. It turned out very yummy. Used my regular pie dough recipe:
Pastry flour – 12 oz
Salt – ¼ oz or 7 grams
Butter, cold – 8 oz or 2 sticks
Water, cold – 5-6 oz
Sliced granny apples were mixed with 1/4 C baking sugar, 1 tsp cinnamon, and 1 tsp lemon juice.
