Black & Blue Berry Smoothie
6 oz Blackberries
6 oz Blueberries
1 Banana
1 Avocado
1/2 C Pure Cranberry Juice (not from concentrate)
1/2 C Crushed Ice
1 T Flax Seeds
1 T Chia Seeds
2 T Greek Yogurt
- Puree all ingredients in Vitamix.
