This is a kitchen sink dish broiled in a pie plate! 😛 I used bottom-of-the-bag tortilla chips, blended mozzarella and jack shredded cheese, leftover homemade 2-bean chili “doctored up” with some freshly roasted red bell peppers, tomatoes, and jalapeños. Broiled in the oven for 5 minutes and topped with guacamole and cilantro.
I’m not saying it was super healthy, but it was super delicious! 😉
