Spicy chorizo, spinach, chickpeas, and red onions

Modifications: I added potatoes, mushroom stems, and red onions. I didn’t have bread crumb toppings, so I left them out. I used one bunch of spinach which maybe was too much and seemed more like a spinach noodle dish rather than chorizo. I probably should have de-stemmed the spinach and chopped it up as well. Oh well, it was eaten up anyway! 😛
