Breakfast Time: Homemade Oatmeal & Egg White Omelette

Homemade oatmeal (organic rolled oats) Above: Homemade Oatmeal – only the berry one turned out tasty (imo). Rolled oats, cinnamon, jam, chia seeds, ground flax, sea salt, frozen berries (optional). This was a test for camping, since I would have normally bought instant oatmeal packets. Now, I am not sure how I can go back to instant oatmeal when homemade has such a better texture and I can control the sweetness level!
