Chicken curry crostini

Leftovers! I had dark chicken meat in the fridge that needed to be eaten up, so I repurposed it into a chicken salad of some sort. I added some curry powder and homemade ketchup and spread it on a couple day old bread that I broiled on high with some olive oil. This was surprisingly tasty and quick to make. A nice change up from my normal chicken tarragon salad.
