1# beef sirloin tip steak, cut into thin slices — actually, too thin. These turned out more like crackers. 😛 The flavor was good however, I used the following marinade for about 3 hours:
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/3 cup soy sauce
1 tablespoon honey
3-4 turns of freshly ground black pepper
1 t garlic powder
1 t onion powder
1 t liquid smoke
1 t red pepper flakes
I then placed these on the dehydrator racks at 155 degrees Fahrenheit for approximately 5.5 hours.
Next time, I will cut into 1″ width slices with 1/4″ height.
