Pan-seared halibut

pan seared halibut w/lemon butter caper sauce, asparagus, and basmati rice

This is the entree for the dinner I prepared for my cousin who was in-town visiting from Tulsa. I realized Halibut can taste just like chicken breasts — meaty and kind of bland. I paired this with a lemon butter caper sauce, asparagus, and basmati rice steamed with garlic, homemade chicken stock, and kosher salt. It was delicious!
