For awhile I was bent on Indian food, specifically the sumptuous, rich, creamy, and overly satisfying butter chicken. So I decided to make it instead of having the urge to keep going out to a restaurant to eat it. Even though this was my first time making this, it turned out really good. It was even delicious after I had frozen leftovers and doctored it up. One thing that happens after freezing though is that the butter separates from the sauce, so just give it a good stir to reincorporate. Ingredients I used: onion, garlic, ginger, almonds, cashews, butter, yogurt, dice tomatoes (canned), chicken (dark meat is more flavorful, but white meat is fine too), garam masala (spices).
