Great lasagne starts with a great sauce. I used my leftover spaghetti sauce (ground beef, onions, carrots, red wine, kale, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, s&p) layered with ricotta, mozzarella, parmesan, and pasta. Everything held together nicely. I portioned them into individual portion sizes and froze most of it. Reheats well!
