First time making japchae and it turned out super yummy! I used the following ingredients and have no particular quantities, just whatever seemed yummy at the time. šŸ˜›

– Sliced beef
– Sweet potato noodle (dangmyeon)
– Carrots, julienne
– Green onions, sliced
– Black fungus
– King trumpet mushrooms
– Oyster mushrooms
– White mushrooms
– Sesame oil
– Soy sauce
– Sugar
– Sesame seeds

Because my first attempt was quite satisfying, I made a second batch recently and only made one minor change by using crimini mushrooms instead of white mushrooms — all else the same.
