Used my standard “midnight chocolate cake” recipe that always turns out spectacular! Didn’t have white chocolate to write words though, so it didn’t come out very clear. Oh well, twas super rich because of the dark chocolate ganache (63% guittard’s couverture choc). I always mess up italian meringue buttercream…I tried to make it three times and seemingly failed each time. I used my third batch here though and it was still tasty but the texture wasn’t right. Sighs. More practice needed!
