Super flavorful and hearty, takes at least 3 hours for the meat to tenderize, so slow cook it. Fresh mint is delectable in this dish!

Stew:
manzanillo olives, artichoke hearts, 1.5# lamb, can of diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, potatoes, carrots, peas, cardamom, cumin, coriander, cinnamon, cloves, fennel seeds, cayenne, ginger, garlic, onion, honey, saffron, mint, parsley, s&p, turkey stock, vegetable stock

Couscous:
caramelized red onions, peas, raisins, butter
