Chocolate Coffee and Rum filled bon bons

Ganache Filling:
6 whole coffee beans
1 oz rum
1 tsp almond extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
Heavy cream
1/4 T butter
Ghirardelli semisweet chocolate chips

Bon Bon shell:
Guittard bittersweet (72%) and semi-sweet (61%) chocolate couverture (mixed)

These turned out tasty, with a hint of rum!
