My team made: strawberry agua fresca, mint cilantro "gazpacho", eggplant spicy chili peppers roulade, strawberry banana dessert won tons with housemade chocolate mascarpone, and a vegan "pad thai" pasta dish, with housemade egg pasta (not rice noodle).
