Our team made a new york strip with three types of asian dipping sauces: teriyaki, lime cilantro fish sauce, and a red bell pepper tangy sauce (best way I can describe it). The appetizer is a crispy pork belly watermelon frisee salad, and the sides are kabocha chips sitting in a kabocha puree, and brown and white shimeji mushrooms.
