Southeast asian flank steak salad

Vermicelli noodles, cilantro, orange segments, red bell pepper, cucumber, green onions, flank steak marinated in soy sauce, ginger, garlic, red thai chili peppers, sesame oil, lime juice, and orange juice. Didn’t have any fish sauce but that would have been absolutely perfect. Made extra sauce for the dressing. Clean and tasty.
