Apple bread pudding

While this came out tasty, my custard did not set up correctly. I’m not sure if it was due to a technical error on my part or whether the water from the apples threw off the custard mixture. Next time I will make it without apples and see how it turns out. Otherwise, it was still yummy. I used storebought cinnamon bread, milk, heavy cream, butter, cinnamon, brown sugar, vanilla extract, and 2 eggs (for a yield of 4 individual ramekins). I will make it again soon to post an actual recipe.
