homemade spaghetti, tomato sauce, and meatballs

My cousin came over for dinner one night and my boyfriend and I prepped and made everything the night before. For the spaghetti I used 2 eggs which seems to hold up better and only rolled it out to setting four on the pasta roller. The tomato sauce I simmered for a good 5+ hours. The meatballs were handled by my boyfriend — as usual.

    1. Do it! Though, once you’ve made homemade pasta, it is very difficult to eat at Italian restaurants that don’t make their own! 😛
