These turned out good, except where I lacked salt in my blueberry muffins, I made up for it here — and then some. Using fine grain sea salt for the first time makes it difficult to gauge what it’s going to taste like. These, turned out a tad bit salty in some areas. I think I needed to grind up my salt even further for an even distribution in my dry ingredients. Anyway, the recipe comes from 101cookbooks:
I will be refining my own version of this recipe soon — they are so tasty! Will most likely seek out a different brand of cocoa powder (using Ghirardelli right now which has a bit of chalky taste), play with the salt amount, and use Tcho dark chocolate instead of a semi-sweet ghirardelli chips for dipping.
