This is my take on the korean lettuce wraps. I marinated the beef for 2 hours and cooked it on a skillet. I think it needed more time to tenderize — some pieces were tough, and others were somewhat tender.

Will need to refine for next time. Will need to get some asian pears, to see if that adds more depth to the dish as well.
