Made these for one of my best girlfriend’s birthday’s. First time making cupcakes from scratch and piping icing on — so strange it took me this long to do! Piping was difficult for me, as usual, and I filled the cupcake paper way too much so it looked like a mushroom cap. It took some effort to pry them off the tin with an offset spatula, but eventually they gave way. I will try to hone this recipe, as its relatively simple — but I did combine 3 different recipes to get to something decent. Will post a recipe on my next attempt.
