These are made from leftover croissant dough (blur in the background). I didn’t have much dough left so I decided to make bite sized cinnamon rolls — literally, 2 bites, max. They are oh-so-satisfying. Flaky like a croissant, but sweet like a donut. Must be eaten hot and straight out of the oven for maximum deliciousness. These are addicting, even with just a cinnamon, white sugar coating.
