garam masala chickpeas and potatoes

A continuation of using up some of my dried garbanzo beans (see homemade hummus #3 post). I cheated a bit and used a garam masala mix, added coconut milk, and s&p. Garnished with fresh cilantro. Next time I will make my own garam masala spice blend since I have all the spices anyway — but as a first time cooking this up, it is less scary to use a mix! 😛
