Chicken: dark meat only, lemon zest, lemon juice, garlic, cumin, cayenne, cinnamon, ginger, paprika, honey, parsley, cilantro, diced tomatoes (fresh and canned), yellow onion, dried apricots, carrot, chicken stock, shallots, s&p, toasted almonds. Couscous: butter, evoo, salt, peas.
