These are fun to shape/form. You start with a square piece of dough, fold it into a triangle/diagonally, make two slanted slits 1/8″ from the border, leaving the pointed end in tact (do not slice all the way to the pointed end), unfold your dough, criss-cross the cut strands over each other, then fill the middle with your filling.
