Beef chili is one of the easiest things to make considering you throw a whole bunch of ingredients into a pot and let it cook away for at least and hour or two. We find that the best Chili is the one that is leftover — since it has had some time to develop flavors. The short of the process is to brown the meat, onions, green bell peppers, jalapenos, add seasonings like turmeric, cumin, cinnamon, oregano, red chili pepper flakes, cayenne, chili powder, liquid smoke, s&p, then add a can of diced tomatoes, tomato sauce, water, tomato paste, Worcestershire, sugar, and the kidney beans. Season more to taste.
