caramelized pear, brie, and arugula

As a tribute to our last day on the savory side of the kitchen, we made this sandwich in memory of our first week of class — where we first learned to make the caramelized pear, brie, and arugula trifecta. The only thing we should have topped it with was prosciutto or bacon. 🙂
